RedesignAI is a tool for redesigning your own web presence. Every source you submit — an Instagram handle, a website, a business listing — you are telling us is yours or in your care. That single fact is what this policy is built on, and it is the line we enforce.

By submitting a source you confirm, each time, that:

• you own the business it belongs to, or you are authorised to act for it;
• you have the right to use the photos, video, logos and text in it — including anything a photographer, designer or model has rights in;
• nothing in it infringes someone else’s trade mark, copyright, or right to their own image;
• you are not using it to imitate another business, or to publish a site that could be mistaken for theirs.

For website sources we ask for this explicitly with a checkbox before we crawl. For Instagram and Google sources, submitting the handle or listing is the attestation.

• Public data only. We never log in to a third-party service as you or as anyone else. If a profile is private, we cannot read it, and we will ask you to connect your account instead.
• We respect robots.txt when crawling a website, and we rate-limit politely — a handful of requests, not a flood.
• We identify ourselves in our crawler’s user agent, with a link back to this page.
• We copy only what your site uses. Images that end up in your generated site are re-hosted so they keep loading; nothing else is retained.

• Sites impersonating a real business, person, public body or brand.
• Sites for scams, fake shops, fake reviews, fake credentials, or anything designed to collect payment or personal data under a false identity.
• Content that is illegal where it is published, or that sexualises minors.
• Sites whose only content is someone else’s work republished — a copy of a competitor’s site is not a redesign of yours.

We remove these when we find them, and we may suspend the account. See the terms.

If a site we host uses your content, your photos, your business name or your likeness without permission, email [email protected] with:

• the address of the site (for example name.redesignai.co);
• what on it is yours, specifically;
• why you have the right to ask — you are the owner, the photographer, the business, or their representative;
• how we can reach you.

We acknowledge within one working day and decide within five. Clear cases — an obvious impersonation, your own photographs — we act on immediately and ask questions afterwards. You do not need a lawyer to write to us, and we do not require a particular form of words.

If we remove a site, we tell the person who made it what was removed and why, and they can reply. If we decide against you, we explain that too, and you keep every legal route you had before.

Disallow our crawler in your robots.txt and we will stop. You can also email [email protected] and ask us to blocklist your domain entirely, in which case no user will be able to submit it — not even you, until you ask us to reverse it.

The before and after gallery only ever contains sites whose owners opted in, and opting out removes them within a day. The examples visible today are drawn illustrations, not customer sites, and are labelled as such on the page.
